Wendy Clemmer is the Director of Mission Resource Development with American Baptist Churches USA (ABCUSA). In this role, she oversees organizational communications and also serves as the Biennial Mission Summit Program Coordinator.

Clemmer is an experienced professional with over 17 years in nonprofit management, specializing in the religious sector. In her most recent role as Director of Operations at American Baptist Women’s Ministries, she was responsible for preparing and presenting financial reports to the board, as well as planning various events. Prior to that, as a Project/Business Manager, she played a key role in generating annual budgets, reviewing financial reports, and managing the development of new initiatives.

Clemmer holds a Bachelor of Science in Technology Management from Pennsylvania College of Technology, where she developed a solid foundation in both technical and management skills. In addition, she earned dual Associate of Applied Science degrees, one with an emphasis in Web Design and the other in Office Information.
