KING OF PRUSSIA, PA (ABNS 8/8/24)—The ABC Ministers Council will host its 2024 retreat and biennial meeting at the Tuscarora Inn and Conference Center in Mt. Bethel, Pennsylvania. The retreat will begin with dinner on Monday, October 28 and conclude with breakfast on Thursday, October 31. All Ministers Council members as well as those interested in the work and ministry of the Ministers Council are invited to attend.

This fall’s retreat theme is centered on Isaiah 43:19, “I am about to do a new thing; now it springs forth, do you not perceive it? I will make a way in the wilderness and rivers in the desert.” This time together will provide attendees moments to rest, reflect, learn, and grow through shared meals, engaging worship, and interactive sessions.  Along with the Ministers Council leadership team, the Rev. Kym McNair, ordained ABCUSA pastor, distinguished preacher, and social activist serving in Westchester County, New York, will lead the retreat. Read Rev. McNair’s biography here.

The biennial meeting portion of the retreat will include the election of new officers and the approval of the 2025-2026 budget.
