Test Vote
On Friday, June 16, from 10:00am ET to 7:00pm ET, an open poll will be available on the app. This test vote will be viewable to all persons registered as a Delegate for the 2023 Biennial Mission Summit. We encourage you to download the Cvent Events app and login to test the voting capability tomorrow at your convenience any time between the hours of 10:00am ET to 7:00pm ET.
If you are unable to participate in the test vote on Friday, June 16, there will be another test vote opportunity during the Welcome Session on Friday, June 23 at 3:00pm ET/AT (local time), at the start of the event. This session is located in Ballroom A on Level III in the Puerto Rico Convention Center.
Alternative Option to the Event App
The event app is the preferred method for the Biennial Mission Summit. For persons unable to download or login to the event app, you may access the Attendee Hub on a website browser.
How to login to Attendee Hub via browser (recommended only if the app is not an option for you):
2. Enter your name and the email address you used to register for the event, and click “Next.”
3. Enter the Verification code immediately sent to you via email or text message, and click “Log in.”
You will now be able to view all information from the app, in full.
Tech Support Booth
There will be a Tech Support Booth available to provide help with accessing the app and/or Attendee Hub. The booth is located outside Ballroom B on Level III in the convention center.
Tech Booth hours are as follows:
Friday, June 23 12:00pm – 4:00pm and 6:30pm – 8:30pm
Saturday, June 24 4:00pm – 6:00pm and 7:00pm – 8:30pm
Sunday, June 25 8:00am – 10:00am and 1:30pm – 3:30pm
