VALLEY FORGE, PA (ABNS 8/12/09)—American Baptist-related Alderson-Broaddus College in Philippi, WV, has announced residential scholarships for dependent children of American Baptist ministers and missionaries, beginning with the Fall 2009 semester.

Scholarships include the cost of a double room during a student’s enrollment at the college.

All dependent sons and daughters of American Baptist senior pastors, full-time ministers, and missionaries (national or international) are eligible for the scholarships for up to eight semesters. Requirements include fulltime enrollment and satisfactory academic performance.

Alderson-Broaddus established the scholarship program to enhance its relationship with American Baptist Churches USA and to encourage and increase residential living on campus.
